It means that the address you normally send VET to, for it to be deposited to your account on Binance will change. The next time you make a deposit of VET or VTHO to Binance, make sure to double check you are still sending it to the correct address, or your funds might not arrive on Binance

Binance is upgrading its infrastructure to provide better efficiency and fund security, and because of that they are retiring old wallets.
